We value the practice of slowing down, disconnecting from screens, and reconnecting with our creativity and community. Whether it's with friends, family, strangers or coworkers, we offer a unique experience where crafting meets conversation — and where everyone walks away with something meaningful and handmade.
Our Philosophy
We believe that creativity has the power to bring people together and leave lasting memories. It’s not about perfection — it’s about the process, the connections, and the joy along the way. Whether you’re brand new to crafting or a seasoned maker, there’s a place for you here.
The Craft 'N Tails journey began back in the day, when the world's information was housed in encyclopedias, and Childcraft Books were the companion set to Encyclopedia Britannica. Childcraft Volume 11: Make and Do was my absolute favorite. That was where I learned to spend hours upon hours entertaining myself by making every kind of creative project, using mostly random household items. I can recall adding to my mother's grocery list food items (that I didn't even really like), just so I could later use the empty container for a project.
It wasn't until later in life that I realized the impact that experience had on fostering a simple love for DIY crafts. As time and life progressed, I combined my love for crafting with cherished moments spent with friends during Girl's Night, where the combination of creating something unique and handmade, combined with appetizers and cocktails or mocktails made for a memorable experience.
And so, Craft 'N Tails was born.
I believe these two things can be true: those who work with their minds find the best relaxation by working with their hands; and creativity is best enjoyed in good company, which is why we combined our passion for crafting with the joy of hosting memorable girls' nights.
The Craft 'N Tails story is about bringing people together, sharing laughter, and creating beautiful projects that spark inspiration. Join us as we celebrate friendship, creativity, and the art of crafting!
The more our society has evolved, and with the increased prevalence of electronic devices, people have become disconnected. On average, adults check their phones over 250 times a day and spend more than 3 hours daily on social media. Opportunities for personal, face-to-face interactions have become increasingly rare — yet studies consistently show that real human connection reduces stress, improves happiness, and builds stronger communities.
Even when people do gather around a table or at an event, it’s challenging to engage without the constant pull of cell phones and devices.
That’s why Craft ’N Tails was created: to provide intentional spaces where people can relax, laugh, create, and reconnect.
